new resolution...



salam readers...  almost 50% people around the world confront with weight problem including me... i gained almost 25kgs during my last pregnancy and only managed to get rid 10kg.. before i started a diet program, my weight is around 83kg... that was my weight before i went to QA course in INTAN Bukit Kiara...

after that, feeling2 macam boleh kurus kt intan sbb banyak turun naik tangga plus start taking shape plus then burn 60 by gnc product... end up i was only lost 2kg... so disappointed...

then i realised this fat only can be burn through workout.. so i started jogging and fast working 3 times a week... yeay!!! turun another 2kg...

as i want a fast result, now i work out almost every day... 30 minutes per day... curi masa rehat kejap & buat apa cik jillian  suruh...









for this week, i lost another 1kg... total lost is about 5 kg.. 83 - 78 = 5.. a big result start with a small change kekdahnya... maka sentiasa sabar.. for those yg hadapi the same problem, let's change our mind so that it will change our life forever...

my resolution is to get my old weight... 60kg.. but to be truth, i always wanted to wear 28-29 jeans... hihihi... for me, shape is the most important than weight...

healthy comes with beauty... kalau beauty sajer, tapi x healthy, no point gak kan??? memandai jerr aku ni... hahahhaha... chiowww...

salam semua... hari yg indah di pagi yg ceria... makae doh ko?? ambo ambik shake jah... diet mode... winkkk... today i would like to share a newcomer in my life... just bought it yesterday..  feeling2 masterchef gitteeewww...

haaa... adik manes nk tau apa dia??? ahkak jah mu ni beli electric oven... baru nk berjinak2 dgn dunia baking... hihihi... kenapa tetiba muncul idea nk beli oven ni?? macam la ahkak jah mu ni rajin bebenor ke dapur??

kisahnya bermula apabila ahkak jah jatuh hati dgn rvc... pastu, setiap kali ahkak beli rvc, ia turut menjadi kegemaran anak2 esp si abeed yg memang x suka makan... maka kos utk mendapatkan rvc iteww bg sesiapa yg tahu, amatlah menjerut poket... so i think it's a best solution to make the rvc by my own rather than buy from the market..

as there is no oven in my kitchen (got microwave oven only... a big NO to get a perfect baking cake), i decided to buy a new one.. so i asked the expert, brand it is not a big issue since the function almost the same... i ended up with this... pensonic AE 420 N..

salam readers... today i want to share a good news that happened to me... i've got new pc... not only a pc, a touch screen pc with window 8... oh my... i'm so excited... i'm writing this post using this new pc.. the screen is big... 23" uolzzzzzzz... pueh hati den nk buat kerja... what else... hmmm... that's all for now.. hahhaha... show off lettewwww... ok... layan gambar...




owhhhhhh... it is super fast... the downloading only takes a few seconds.. i lokkkeeee... envy me... bye... thanks to the person who give me a chance to explore this pc for the next 4 months... u know who u are...

assalamualaikum para sohabat yg saya kasihi semua... yerr!! anda adalah sahabat saya eventhough you are just a silence reader.. without you, i'm nothing.. & without you, this blog will be meaningless... i know i'm not a celebrity blogger & never cross on my mind to become one of it... this blog is more like a personal journal, a sharing experiences & thoughts that happened in my life every day (not every day la...).. to whom who know me personally, this blog is a tool to update any news/special event in my life that i don't share it with everybody in fesbuk (bcoz it's too public)..

to my blogger friends, we know each other since i started blogging.. we share a part of our life in cyber world... until now, i've owed 4 blogs & this is the latest one, perhaps the last one.. 

i'll write when i feel i want to write.. sometimes i just don't know what to say or sometimes there are too many things to share.. last2 satu hape pun x hapdet.. hahahha... 2013 will be the 6th years since i started to blog.. template changed, how i address myself pun always changed etc.. sometime saya, then aii, then cikjah now ahkak.. the latest one is ahkak jah... hahahha... never mind, the personality never change at all...

it was a relief when i managed to change the old template.. it was a challenge to find a nice, mature, professional looked template until yesterday... when i saw it for the first time, i knew this would be my next template...

i hope you will like it as i am.. i'm using international language for this post because i need to practice to write an essay for my 2nd IELTS & i still think that my writing is suck.. hmmm... need to practice a lot...


 

 



rindu kat kawan2 QA

assalamualaikum adek kakok sekelian… semoga sihat sentiasa… cikjah di sini sihat hendaknyer walaupun cuaca luar opis panas giler tapi kt dlm opis mcm nk beku rasa… last2 tekak jd x berapa best…

balik ajer dr kursus QA, terus gigih menguruskan BR1M… actually, bukan menguruskan BR1M.. hanya menempek aje kt majlis tu sbb semuanya anak buah dh urus kan.. khelezz khenn anak buah aii… even bos dia xdop, tapi mampoo handle BR1M dgn jayanya… clap clap clap…

namun, bila dh start kerja ni khenn, rasa rindu pulak kt kawan2 QA… nasib baik ada whatsapps jd penghubung..

inilah wajah2 kesayangan hamba masa dok kursus dulu… rindu sgt nk wat esemen sekali lagi..hahahah… macam la rajin bebenor nk wat esemen…

bawah ni plak pic masa mula2 masuk kerja.. terus ber purple walk…

ok lah adek kakok.. ni tengah bz nk apply u, medical check-up etc… hari2 mengahadap JPA kit takut terlepas pandang… btw, ni ahkak jah pakai cotton lycra shawl drp adreesya.. memang senang pakai dia.. dan paling senang nk cuci.. campak aje dlm mesin basuh.. tekan2 dh siap pun basuhannya.. amat sesuai utk org yg malas sikit & anak ramai mcm ahkak jah ni…

nanti ahkak jah hapdet psl uni application utk rujukak ahkak di masa hadapan.. hahahha.. mari kita pakat2 sambung PhD pulop…
